Agrolife Group

The Group is headed by Agrolife GmbH, established in 2015 in Hamburg, Germany.

Agrolife GmbH’s core business areas include trading in grains and oilseeds, feed additives for livestock, as well as investments in the production of fermented feed ingredients, compound feeds, premixes, and the processing of grains and oilseeds.

The Group operates in the markets of Germany, other EU countries, Africa, Ukraine, and China.

Operations in Ukraine

Agrolife Group’s key areas of activity in Ukraine include the production of fermented plant proteins, compound feeds and feed additives, as well as the craft production of distilled alcoholic beverages.

Production of Fermented Plant Proteins

European Protein Ukraine was established in 2016 as a joint venture between Germany’s Agrolife GmbH and Denmark’s Fermentationexperts AS.

The company specializes in the production of dry fermented high-protein feed ingredients for livestock.

Main products:

- fermented soybean meal;

- fermented rapeseed meal;

- fermented rapeseed meal with added algae.

Fermented protein ingredients are used in livestock feeding as components of animal diets, particularly to improve feed digestibility and reduce the use of certain feed antibiotics and zinc oxide.

Production of Compound Feeds, Premixes and Feed Additives

PrimeFeed specializes in the production of feed products for livestock and poultry.

The company’s product portfolio includes:

- premixes;

- concentrates;

- protein-mineral-vitamin supplements;

- enzyme preparations;

- mycotoxin adsorbents;

- liquid vitamins;

- other feed additives.

The company uses, among other materials, raw materials supplied by European manufacturers.

The company’s products include:

- PF Sorb+ — a mycotoxin adsorbent;

- Didesan Mix — a disinfectant.

Production of Distilled Alcoholic Beverages

Craftspirits Ukraine operates in the production and distribution of premium alcoholic beverages, using distillation, rectification, and blending technologies.

Production was launched in 2026.

Main product categories:

- gin;

- whisky;

- calvados.

Completed Projects

Previously, Agrolife Group included Biolights, an expert centre for diagnostics and laboratory support.

The laboratory complex specialized in testing:

- food products;

- animal feed;

- water;

- biological materials as part of veterinary laboratory diagnostics.

Another project involving Agrolife was Kyiv-Atlantic Ukraine, a grain and oilseed processing company.

The company’s main production asset was an oil extraction plant, the construction of which was completed and production launched in 2022 with Agrolife’s participation.

At the end of 2023, LNZ Group acquired Kyiv-Atlantic Ukraine.
